The Ella Crossing HOA is reminding residents and visitors that all vehicles parked within the community must comply with HOA rules and local laws.

This includes avoiding:

• Abandoning or storing inoperable vehicles
• Parking in prohibited zones
• Blocking sidewalks or driveways
• Parking in front of fire hydrants

Illegally parked or inoperable vehicles may be towed following proper notice—or immediately in the case of serious violations.

Emergency access is a top priority. Blocking fire lanes, hydrants, or access points can endanger lives and result in legal liability. Additionally, these obstructions can delay critical medical or safety services.
