At the recent Cypress Meadow Annual HOA Meeting held on October 21, residents received important updates about neighborhood developments and financial planning for the coming year.

One of the key announcements was a $25 increase in annual HOA dues for 2026. The increase was explained during the State of the Association report, citing a rise in general expenses and higher-than-usual accounts receivable (unpaid dues). The additional funds will help support necessary upkeep and future projects planned for the community.

Board members emphasized that this adjustment is essential to maintain the level of service and care residents expect—from landscaping and park maintenance to safety measures and community events.

Also discussed during the meeting were several upcoming community improvement projects, reinforcing the board’s dedication to enhancing neighborhood quality and resident experience.
