Twin Lakes Pool Reopens May 3: What Residents Need to Know for the 2025 Swim Season
As temperatures begin to rise, Twin Lakes residents can look forward to another refreshing summer by the water. The Twin Lakes community pool will officially reopen on Saturday, May 3, 2025, and will remain open through Sunday, November 2, 2025, providing residents with six months of access to a serene, family-friendly swimming space.
This season, the pool will operate under a Swim At Your Own Risk (SAYOR) policy—meaning there will be no lifeguards on duty. Residents are encouraged to review all pool rules, prioritize safety, and enjoy the pool responsibly.
2025 Pool Hours and Safety Guidelines
The Twin Lakes Pool will be open six days a week from 6:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., offering early morning swims and evening cooldowns. The pool will be closed every Tuesday for deep cleaning and maintenance to ensure a safe and sanitary environment.
Residents should keep in mind that children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult at all times. The pool is equipped with security cameras, and an alarm will sound if the gate is left open for more than 30 seconds—an important measure to maintain safety and prevent unauthorized access.
Please note that as part of the SAYOR pool waiver, residents must sign a release form acknowledging the rules and accepting personal responsibility while using the pool. Pool rules are clearly posted onsite and also available through the "Pool & Clubhouse Information" page here, along with the waiver.

To use the pool, residents must have a Twin Lakes Pool FOB, which grants secure access to the facility. One FOB is issued per household and can be obtained through Crest Management. To request a FOB:
