Twin Lakes Pool Reopens for 2026 Season: What Residents Need to Know About Access, Hours and the Required New Waiver

Twin Lakes Pool Reopens for 2026 Season: What Residents Need to Know About Access, Hours and the Required New Waiver

May 25 2026

For many Twin Lakes families, warmer weather means more time spent outdoors, and the reopening of the community pool offers another place to relax, exercise, and connect with neighbors throughout the summer and fall.

The Twin Lakes Pool reopened on May 1, 2026, and will remain open through November 1, 2026 as a Swim At Your Own Risk (SAYOR) facility. The pool operates without lifeguards and is available to eligible residents from 6:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., six days per week. The facility is closed each Tuesday for deep cleaning and maintenance.

For residents planning to use the pool this season, one important update stands out: all users must complete and sign a new 2026 pool waiver, even if they signed a waiver in 2025 and already have a pool FOB.

New 2026 Pool Waiver Required for Access

Twin Lakes homeowners and residents who wish to use the pool in 2026 must complete the updated waiver acknowledging the pool's Swim At Your Own Risk status and agreeing to follow all posted rules.

The 2026 Twin Lakes Pool Waiver can be accessed at: CLICK HERE

Residents are encouraged to complete the waiver before heading to the pool to help ensure uninterrupted access throughout the season.

Pool Access and FOB Information

Pool access is managed through electronic FOBs provided by Crest Management. Each household is eligible to receive one FOB per family.

Residents can request a FOB by logging into their homeowner portal at crest-management.com. FOBs may be mailed directly to residents or picked up by appointment from Crest Management. To schedule an appointment, residents can contact William at 281-945-4602

Because the pool is funded through HOA dues, all Twin Lakes residents are eligible to use the facility. Guests who do not live in the community are welcome only when accompanied by a resident.

Important Pool Rules for Families

As a Swim At Your Own Risk facility, residents are responsible for their own safety while using the pool.

One key rule families should remember is that anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult age 21 or older at all times while inside the pool area.

The pool is monitored by security cameras, and an alarm system is in place to help maintain security. Residents should also be aware that an alarm will sound if the gate remains open for more than 30 seconds.

A Popular Summer Amenity for the Community

The Twin Lakes Pool offers amenities designed for a variety of ages and interests, including long lap lanes for fitness swimmers and a wading pool for younger children. The facility also serves as a gathering place for neighbors looking to cool off during Houston-area summer temperatures.

Residents interested in hosting celebrations can also inquire about private pool party rentals through Crest Management.

What Residents Should Do Next

Before planning a pool visit this season, Twin Lakes residents should:

  • Complete the new 2026 pool waiver.
  • Verify they have an active pool FOB.
  • Review posted pool rules.
  • Ensure children under 16 are accompanied by a qualified adult.

With the pool open through November, residents have several months to enjoy one of Twin Lakes' most popular neighborhood amenities while helping keep the facility safe and enjoyable for everyone.
