Towne Lake National Night Out Rescheduled to October 10 at the Lakehouse
Towne Lake’s National Night Out has been rescheduled to Saturday, October 10, from 4 to 6:30 p.m. at the Lakehouse, 10000 Towne Lake Parkway. The gathering was originally planned for October 4 and moved because of the high chance of thunderstorms in Sunday’s forecast.
Residents who saved the earlier date should update their calendars. The event will bring neighbors together with law enforcement and other participating agencies for an afternoon focused on community connections.
What’s Planned at the Lakehouse
The updated event flyer lists a bounce house, DJ, food truck and giveaways. Harris County Sheriff’s Office units and programs listed for the gathering include K-9, patrol, marine and mounted patrol, Project Lifesaver, auto theft and air support.
The flyer also features participating organizations including Texas Parks and Wildlife, the Texas Department of Public Safety, Cypress-Fairbanks ISD Police and the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. National Night Out gives residents an opportunity to meet neighbors and strengthen relationships with the people who serve the community.

Harris County Municipal Utility District 502 posted the rescheduling notice on October 2. Residents can check the district’s official update and revised event flyer for the new schedule.
