Tomball ISD High Schools Rank in the Top 11% Nationally by U.S. News Rankings
All three Tomball ISD high schools not only earned the coveted “Best High Schools in the US” ranking by U.S. News & World Report for the 2022-2023 academic year but were among the Top 11% in the United States. The U.S. News rankings include data on nearly 25,000 public high schools in 50 states and the District of Columbia.

National Ranking: 508 (Top 2%)
TOMBALL MEMORIAL HIGH SCHOOL
Texas Ranking: 169
National Ranking: 1,515 (Top 6%)
National Ranking: 2,768 (Top 11%)

The highest ranked U.S. public schools in the U.S. News & World Report's 2023-2024 Best High Schools rankings are those whose students demonstrated outstanding outcomes, surpassing expectations in math, reading and science state assessments, earned qualifying scores in an array of college-level exams, and graduated in high proportions. The data assessed by U.S. News Report is based on high schools that had a 12th grade enrollment of 15 students or greater during the 2020-2021 school year.
