December 13 2022
By Christina Kluth, Texas Jackrabbit League
Texas Jackrabbit League has openings for new teams for the 2023 spring season!

About Texas Jackrabbit League
Texas Jackrabbit League is a non-profit organization, formed in 1981 by a small group of women for the purpose of providing a recreational program of tennis for women in the greater Northwest Houston area. The league started with six subdivisions Huntwick, Olde Oaks, Ponderosa, River Plantation, Westador and Wimbledon, all located in proximity to Jackrabbit Road. The seed was planted and soon Norchester, Northampton and The Woodlands joined in with teams. By 2005, the boundaries expanded by 5 miles as a result of growth and locations petitioning to play Jackrabbit. Today, over 1,500 women from more than sixty locations participate in this popular Friday league. We currently have 107 teams playing in 11 divisions.

We have room for new teams for the 2023 spring season. Please go to our website at texasjackrabbitleague.com for more information, including our location boundaries.
