Texadelphia Announces New Fulshear Location Slated for Fall 2025 Opening
Big flavor is heading west as Texadelphia, the beloved Texas-born cheesesteak restaurant, prepares to open a new location in Fulshear. Local entrepreneur Troy Pidgeon—already known for bringing the brand to Memorial, with relocation to Garden Oaks currently underway—has confirmed that the newest Texadelphia will debut in the northeast quadrant of FM 1093 and Skyline Drive, just east of the Cross Creek Ranch entrance, with an anticipated opening in fall 2025.
“Good afternoon, Y’all! Want to introduce myself and let you know we are bringing a Texadelphia to Fulshear!!” Pidgeon shared in a public announcement. “Going to be located off FM 1093 just east of the Cross Creek Ranch entrance. Striving for a Fall 2025 opening!”

Texadelphia is more than just a restaurant—it’s a Texas-sized tradition that began in 1981 when founder Joel Stanley fused his Philadelphia roots with Austin hospitality. What started as a small shop with a big dream has since grown into a well-loved staple across Texas and Oklahoma, known for its made-to-order cheesesteaks, award-winning queso, and house-made sauces.
The Fulshear outpost will carry forward the brand’s legacy of sports-themed dining and community involvement. With a 5,000-square-foot footprint, guests can expect wall-to-wall TVs for catching the big game, a spacious patio for outdoor dining, and a dedicated play area for children—making it a destination for families, fans, and foodies alike.
