
Taylor High School Athletes Sign with Collegiate Sports Programs
In a proud ceremony, Taylor High School honored six student-athletes during Spring Signing Day 2025, celebrating their transition to college athletics. These Mustangs signed letters of intent in a variety of sports, including baseball, soccer, swimming, and volleyball.
As a part of Katy ISD’s district-wide total of 202 signees this school year, Taylor’s athletes reflect the values of hard work and community support.
“Our students’ success is a team effort, the result of the commitment of the students, their families and coaches,” said Lance Carter, Katy ISD’s executive director of athletics.

The following Taylor High School athletes signed their commitments this spring:
- Naim Arellano – Soccer, Concordia University
- Christian Irwin – Baseball, The Master’s University
- Santiago Salazar – Swim, Brandeis University
- Tylah Spriggins – Volleyball, Wharton County Junior College
- Easton Wolf – Baseball, Galveston Junior College
These Mustangs are now poised to compete at the next level and bring their school’s legacy to new collegiate heights.
