Far too often, the wheelchairs our warriors receive from their providers are subpar and/or falling apart and sometimes there is a years-long waiting list for them to receive a new wheelchair! This not only causes them a tremendous amount of stress, it also creates a burden for their caregivers who struggle with the transportation of heavy, bulky chairs. Oftentimes, the limitation of mobility leads to deep depression for the warrior who has sacrificed so much for us all. Getting them rolling again re-engages them with their families and communities and has the tangible, life-changing effect we are personally inviting you to be a part of.
True to their mission, Wheelchairs for Warriors builds hi-tech mobility solutions for daily life and also many secondary chairs for adaptive sports and outdoor living lifestyles.
