Storm Repairs in Harvest Bend

We had two very bad storms in 3 days last week. Our neighborhood is strewn with broken tree limbs and other debris. Fences are down and trees are down. If you need to do basic clean up, you should go ahead and get that done as soon as possible. Any other damage like a fence down or a tree through a window should be reported to your homeowners insurance first. When thinking about repairing that type of damage you must also complete the HOA’s form (ACC form) to obtain approval for repairs before they begin. Any questions should be directed to the management company ACMP.
