Would you like to be more involved in the community? If so, we would be thrilled to have you join one of our current committees! Committees can assist the Board with various tasks, offer new ideas, and help homeowners learn more about the inner workings of our community.
We are currently seeking volunteers for the following:
Architectural Control Committee (ACC)
- Review and approve/deny ACC applications according to CC&Rs (also known as deed restrictions)
- Make reasonable efforts to assist the applicants with incomplete applications
Ideal candidates will:
- Register their personal account on TownSq to conduct ACC business digitally
- Commit to reviewing 10-15 applications weekly, that may take 5 minutes or longer each to review
- Have strong knowledge of the HOA’s CC&Rs (deed restrictions)
- Be willing to sign and adhere to a Code of Conduct Policy
Finance Committee
- Monitor the annual operating budget and management of the Association’s assets
- Provide financial suggestions and advice to the Board in accordance with rules and regulations
Ideal candidates will:
- Have access to a computer, internet, and spreadsheet software
- Commit to meeting with the Board Liaison(s) at least 1-2 hours a month to compile suggestions
- Have strong knowledge of budgets, P&L statements, and other financial reports
- Be willing to sign and adhere to a Code of Conduct Policy
Social Committee
- Provide recommendations for proposed community events within a set budget
- Support and help manage community events and activities to promote a positive environment
- Create content for community newsletters, website and emails, as requested
Ideal candidates will:
- Commit to meeting with the Board Liaison(s) as needed to plan events
- Be creative, organized, and reliable with a positive attitude to engage fellow homeowners at events
- Be willing to solicit volunteer involvement for events
- Have reliable transportation to assist with collecting or delivering supplies to events as needed
- Be willing to sign and adhere to a Code of Conduct Policy
