Stand with Deputy Aviles: Dine Out to Support His Daughter’s Softball Dream
Families in The Colonies are invited to step up to the plate and show their support for one of their own. Local Sheriff Deputy Aviles, who proudly serves the The Colonies community, is reaching out to ask for a small but meaningful show of community spirit: dine at Texas Roadhouse on Monday, December 8, between 4:00 PM and 9:00 PM to support his daughter’s competitive softball team—Texas Glory KTX.
Texas Glory KTX is more than just a team; it’s a program that helps young female athletes develop grit, confidence, and lifelong skills both on and off the field. Participating in year-round tournaments, training sessions, and travel events, these girls are learning the value of discipline and teamwork in a competitive environment. But these opportunities come at a cost—tournament entry fees, field rentals, travel expenses, and essential training gear quickly add up.
That’s where the community can step in and help. On December 8, Texas Roadhouse at 13345 FM 1960 Rd W, Houston, TX 77065 is hosting a special 10% Donation Night in support of TX Glory KTX. When you mention the team while dining in or ordering to-go, 10% of your total bill will be donated back to support the team’s season and travel needs.

“This fundraiser means so much to us,” said Deputy Aviles in his outreach to family and friends. “It’s a chance to support not only our daughter but an entire team of girls striving to succeed both in sports and in life.”
Additionally, TX Glory KTX is offering FREE appetizer cards for a Cactus Blossom or Fried Pickles with any entrée purchase at Texas Roadhouse. These cards are part of the team’s broader fundraising efforts and can be used to enjoy some extra flavor while supporting the cause. Email 95Marketing@TexasRoadhouse.com for your appetizer card, and reference "Recipient 95 TX GLORY KTX SPIRIT NIGHT" in your email.
Whether you’re a softball fan, a neighbor who wants to give back, or simply someone who enjoys a great meal for a great cause, this is an easy way to make a difference close to home. Let your server know you’re dining for TX Glory KTX, and you’ll be helping these dedicated young athletes continue chasing their dreams.
