As the temperatures rise and the sun begins to shine, it's time to gear up for swim season at Oak Park Trails. But before you can make a splash in the pool or enjoy a game of tennis, you'll need to ensure you have the proper pool access device.
At Oak Park Trails, a pool access device is required for all residents to utilize the swimming pool facility. Additionally, this access device grants entry through the tennis court gates, providing you with access to all the amenities our community has to offer.
We understand that each resident may have their preferences when it comes to their pool access device. That's why we offer several options to cater to your needs. Whether you prefer a traditional access card, a waterproof wristband, an adhesive disc for the back of your phone case, or the convenience of a new Free phone APP, we have you covered.
Obtaining your pool access device is a simple process. All you need to do is fill out the Pool Registration Form and send it to the address listed on the form, along with any required payment. Once received, your access device will be promptly mailed to you, ensuring you're ready to dive into swim season without delay.
For those opting for the Free Phone App, the process is even easier. Simply email the completed registration form to board@oakparktrails.org for processing, and you'll soon have access to the app, providing you with seamless entry to the pool and tennis courts.
