Southcreek’s Beloved 4th of July Parade Returns with Hot Dogs, Hometown Spirit, and Family Fun
The red, white, and blue are ready to fly high once again as the Annual Southcreek 4th of July Parade returns to Copperfield with a morning full of hometown charm, family celebration, and neighborly joy.
The community is invited to line the streets on Thursday, July 4, 2025 as the parade kicks off at 10:00 a.m. sharp from Autumn Laurel Park (7750 Autumn Laurel Trail, Houston, TX 77095) and makes its way to Park Falls Park (7711 Park Falls Dr, Houston, TX 77095) — a beloved route for longtime Southcreek residents and newcomers alike.
As a show of gratitude for all the support given to them over the swim season and beyond, the Copperfield Swim Team Board will once again be part of the festivities, generously donating and serving over 600 hot dogs, cookies, and nearly 500 bottles of water for Southcreek neighbors to enjoy.
“Stop by and say hi to the Copperfield Swim Team Board at the Southcreek 4th of July Parade,” the team shared in an announcement. “Every year the team donates, cooks and serves over 600 hot dogs with cookies for the neighborhood residents! We're also donating almost 500 water bottles this year.”

The Swim Team’s cookout has become a Southcreek Fourth of July staple, often drawing neighbors together long after the last float has rolled by. The smell of grilled hot dogs, the sound of children’s laughter, and the sight of flags waving proudly make this more than a parade—it’s a celebration of everything that makes Copperfield a true community.
Residents are encouraged to bring lawn chairs, wear their most patriotic outfits, and arrive early to get a great viewing spot along the route. Local families, scout troops, and even pets are known to join in the fun, marching, biking, or cruising along the parade path decked out in stars and stripes.
Whether you're there to cheer on your neighbors, enjoy a free bite to eat, or simply soak in the festive atmosphere, the 2025 Southcreek 4th of July Parade promises to be a highlight of the summer.
