
SBB Management Organizes Emergency Supply Drive for Texas Hill Country Flood Victims
As the Texas Hill Country reels from the devastating flash floods that tore through Kerr County over the July 4th weekend, one Spring-based team is stepping up in a big way.
SBB Community Management, which serves neighborhoods across the Houston region—including Bradford Colony 1 & 2—has launched a local emergency Flood Relief Supply Drive to support impacted families in Kerrville and surrounding communities. The initiative is part of a growing regional response following record-breaking rainfall and widespread damage in Central Texas.
Residents are encouraged to donate urgently needed supplies now through this Friday at 5:00 p.m.Donations may be dropped off at the SBB Houston office located at 6630 Cypresswood Drive, Suite 100, Spring, TX 77379.
"In light of the devastating flooding in Kerr County, SBB Houston is organizing a relief drive to collect urgently needed supplies for affected families. Let’s rally together to help those in need. Every contribution makes a difference," said Jordan Guidry with SBB Management.

High-Priority Donations Needed
The flooding in Kerr County displaced numerous families and left many homes without power or safe drinking water. In coordination with local partners and response efforts on the ground, SBB has provided a detailed list of essential items needed:
- Water – Bottled water is a top priority.
- Non-Perishable Food – Including canned goods, pop-top meals, and protein bars.
- Hygiene Items – Soap, toothpaste, shampoo, deodorant, and feminine products.
- Baby Supplies – Diapers, formula, wipes, and rash cream.
- Pet Supplies – Dog and cat food, litter, towels, and pet carriers.
- Cleaning Products – Bleach, gloves, laundry detergent, brooms, and heavy-duty trash bags.
- Clothing and Comfort Items – New socks and underwear (all sizes), shoes, lightweight blankets, and children's clothing.
- Emergency Items – Batteries, flashlights, first aid kits, and gift cards for groceries, gas, or home repair.
A Call to Action for Bradford Colony 1 & 2 and Beyond
The supply drive reflects the spirit of neighborly care that runs deep through the communities SBB serves—from the Houston suburbs to the Hill Country. Organizers hope to fill an entire vehicle with essentials for delivery by the weekend.
Donors can simply stop by the Cypresswood office anytime before the Friday, July 12, 5:00 p.m. deadline. Volunteers are standing by to receive and organize contributions.
