Cinco Ranch II residents are invited to take part in an upcoming Safe & Secure Homeowners Workshop designed to help families protect their homes, save on energy, and prepare for the unexpected.

Hosted at the Cinco Ranch Lake House, the workshop will take place on Saturday, September 13, from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. The event is free and open to all residents, though seating is limited.

This timely session will feature three key areas of focus:

• Home & Neighborhood Safety Insights – Review local crime reports and receive practical safety tips tailored to the community.

• Energy Savings – Learn how to shop smarter when it comes to your energy bill and how to take advantage of smart devices that can make a real difference.

• Weather Preparedness – Gain storm and flood readiness guidance specifically for homeowners in the Katy area.
