Reserving the Green Trails Estates Pool for a Fun Swim Party
Are you looking to host an exciting pool party in the Green Trails Estates neighborhood this summer? Here's all you need to know to make it happen!
Location: The Green Trails Estates pool is situated at Shillington and Greenwind Chase, Fry Road. Access to the pool is granted only with valid Estates of Green Trails Access Cards.
How to Obtain Access Cards: To get your access card, fill out the Recreation Center Access Form and send it to Sterling ASI. You can find the form here.
Pool Party Guidelines

Only Green Trails Estates residents with valid pool cards can host parties at the pool.

For after-hours or closed day events, there is a $100.00 charge and a $300.00 refundable deposit. Make the check payable to Green Trails Estates HOA and mail it with the signed Recreation Center Contract to Sterling ASI at One Avalon Place, Sugar Land, TX 77479. Contact Sterling at 832-678-4500 for more information.

To schedule a party, call Sterling at 832-678-4500. For parties with 16 or more guests, homeowners must sign a recreational facility use contract before the event. You can find the contract here.

Hire lifeguards for your party through Greater Houston Pool Management at [haveapoolparty.com]. Remember, one lifeguard is needed for every 10 guests. Make sure to book at least two weeks in advance and arrange payment in advance.
