During office hours, which are from 8 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday, residents can call directly to report minor emergencies and receive immediate assistance. Alternatively, an email submission through the "Email – Submit Question / Comment– Form" on the right-hand toolbar is also an option for reporting minor issues.
