Replastering Completed, Preparing the Pool for Years Ahead
December 25 2025
The Champions Park pool has officially been replastered, marking the completion of a long-anticipated maintenance project aimed at extending the life of this well-used neighborhood feature. The replastering effort has been planned for several years and reflects careful preparation by the HOA Board to address aging infrastructure in a responsible and financially sound way.
Replastering is a critical part of pool maintenance, helping protect the pool’s structure, improve water quality, and create a smoother, safer surface for swimmers. With the new plaster now in place, the pool is expected to remain in good condition for many years, supporting continued use by residents during the warmer months.
The HOA Board emphasized that this project was made possible through diligent planning and budgeting, ensuring the work could be completed without unexpected financial strain on the community. A special thank-you was extended to Lance Looper for overseeing both the bid process and the project itself, helping guide the work from planning through completion.
As the pool reopens for residents, the completed replastering serves as a reminder of the ongoing efforts required to maintain shared amenities and keep them safe, functional, and enjoyable for the entire community.
