Did you know that you can rent the Bear Creek Village clubhouse? From birthday parties to graduation celebrations and retirement parties, it's a great place to host gatherings! Here are some details to know about renting your clubhouse.
- Hunters Park Property Association charges a $250.00 deposit to hold your date.
- The rental fee for your clubhouse is $55.00 per hour.
- To ensure the safety of all guests, fire code will only accommodate 35 persons in the clubhouse.
- Smoking and alcohol usage are prohibited.
- Please keep in mind that there is limited parking at the Community Center.
- The deposit is for any damages incurred and is refundable the day after the event, providing the room is restored to its original condition and there are no damages.
