It's essential to note that the pool and clubhouse cannot be rented together, as pool rentals are handled separately.
Reservation Process: To reserve the clubhouse, residents are required to contact Crest Management, the association's management company, at 281-579-0761 or reach out to Sandy via email at sandy@crest-management.com. It's advisable to make reservations at least 10 days in advance to secure your preferred date and time.
Fees and Deposits: The rental fee for the clubhouse is $75, payable to the association. Additionally, there is a $50 contract fee payable to Crest Management.
