With a maximum occupancy of 65 people, it provides ample space for gatherings, meetings, and celebrations. It's essential to note that the pool and clubhouse cannot be rented together, as pool rentals are handled separately.
Reservation Process: To reserve the clubhouse, residents are required to contact Crest Management, the association's management company, at 281-579-0761 or reach out to Sandy via email at sandy@crest-management.com. It's advisable to make reservations at least 10 days in advance to secure your preferred date and time.
Fees and Deposits: The rental fee for the clubhouse is $75, payable to the association. Additionally, there is a $50 contract fee payable to Crest Management. A refundable deposit of $100, payable to the association, is also required to secure the reservation. This deposit ensures the proper use of the facility and is returned upon inspection after the event.
