REMINDER: Support Local Boy Scouts and Sign Up for Flags Across America Program
Streets lined with our nation’s flag waving in the breeze to mark national holidays are a welcome sight in Cross Creek Ranch. This is possible thanks to Boy Scouts from local Troops who volunteer each year to place U.S. flags in the yards of Cross Creek Ranch homes as part of the Flags Across America Program.
To review a map with current CCR flag program territories and contact the Scouts who maintain them, click this link. By clicking the Scout’s name on the map, you can email the Scout directly to get more information about the program and how to subscribe.
Many Scout Troops offer flag subscriptions with slightly different program guidelines, which the Scout or Scout parent will explain. If you are in a neighborhood outside the designated territories, don’t despair. As more Scouts volunteer for new territories, the map will be updated.
Proceeds from this program enable our Scouts to participate in a full range of activities including attending camp-outs, working on Scout requirements and earning merit badges, as well as supporting Eagle Scout Projects in our local area.
Help us fill our streets with American flags for the love of our country, to show support for the men and women who defend our freedoms, as well as in dedication to the ideals of Scouting.
Thank you!
The Boy Scouts of Troops 320, 584, 1288 and 1103
