REMINDER: Hearthstone HOA Board Meeting to Address Security, Park Improvements and 2027 Budget Planning
Hearthstone residents will have an opportunity to hear updates, share concerns and learn more about several neighborhood priorities during the next regular meeting of the Hearthstone Homeowners Association Board of Directors.
The meeting is scheduled for Thursday, July 30, 2026, at 6 p.m. at Hearthstone Country Club.
Residents Can Participate in the Homeowner Forum
The meeting will begin with a homeowner forum, giving residents a chance to speak directly to the board about issues affecting the Hearthstone community. The board is also expected to approve minutes from its May 21 meeting and receive reports from the constable and the association’s financial representatives.
These updates can help homeowners better understand current neighborhood safety activity, HOA finances and ongoing community operations.
Security, Parks and Neighborhood Maintenance on the Agenda
Several topics that could directly affect daily life in Hearthstone are scheduled for discussion.
Under old business, the board will revisit commercial vehicle signs and park improvement plans. New business includes consideration of the neighborhood security contract, club maintenance needs, a holiday décor proposal and replacement of cluster mailboxes in Hearthstone Meadows.
The board will also discuss efforts connected to community garage sales and begin preparations for the 2027 Hearthstone HOA budget. Early budget planning can influence future maintenance projects, neighborhood services and association spending priorities.
Board members are also expected to confirm the next meeting date, currently proposed for September 17, 2026.
Closed Session and Final Decisions
A portion of the meeting will be held in executive session and closed to homeowners. During that time, the board is scheduled to discuss collections, attorney matters and deed restriction violations.
