REMINDER: Hearthstone HOA Board Meeting Scheduled for July 17 at Hearthstone Country Club
The Hearthstone Homeowners Association invites all residents to attend the upcoming HOA Board meeting on Thursday, July 17, 2025, at 6:00 PM at the Hearthstone Country Club. Held every other month on the third Thursday, these meetings provide a valuable opportunity for homeowners to engage with the Board, learn about current and upcoming community projects, and voice questions or concerns.
At the upcoming Hearthstone Homeowners Association board meeting, the agenda includes a homeowner forum with guest speaker Mark Knop of Hoover Slovacek LLP to address issues related to rehab houses and rental properties. The board plans to review the Constable’s report, approve the May meeting minutes, and discuss financial and management updates.
Additional items include ratifying a gate repair estimate from Slater Enterprises, considering the renewal of the Flock Safety camera contract, beginning preparations for the 2026 budget, and appointing a new director to fill a vacant board position. An executive session is scheduled to cover legal updates and deed restriction matters, with any decisions to be summarized upon reconvening.
