Preparing for the Garage Sale: Tips for Success

Register Early: To ensure your sale is included on the community map, be sure to register in advance. For registration details, please email Angela at angelar@crest-management.com. Maps featuring QR codes will be available at the guard house and the splash pad office, making it easy for shoppers to find your sale.

Organize Your Items: Sort through your belongings and set aside items you no longer need. Group similar items together and price them clearly. This will make it easier for buyers to find what they’re looking for and help your sale run smoothly.

Prepare for the Day: On the day of the sale, set up early to get everything in place. Make sure to have plenty of change and bags on hand for your shoppers and keep it in a safe, secure place - consider as fanny pack! Be sure to wipe down and clean any items that may have collected dust. A well-organized and inviting setup can attract more buyers and help you make those sales.

It’s a great opportunity to securely dispose of any sensitive documents you’ve been hanging onto, so bring your papers and have them shredded on-site.
