REMINDER: Falcon Ranch HOA Launches First Annual Kindness Day with Neighborhood Clean-Up and Community Celebration
On Saturday, April 26, the Falcon Ranch Homeowners Association will host the first annual Falcon Ranch Kindness Day, a community-wide event dedicated to volunteerism, connection, and neighborhood pride. Taking place from 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM, the event invites residents of all ages to roll up their sleeves, get involved, and help make a positive impact across the Falcon Ranch community.
Organized as a day to "Be Kind" and get to know neighbors, Kindness Day is designed to bring residents togetherthrough meaningful acts of service. From cleaning up public areas to sprucing up curbs and homes, the event highlights the value of giving back—and offers a great way for students to earn volunteer hours.
Volunteer Opportunities: Help Beautify Falcon Ranch
Falcon Ranch HOA is currently seeking volunteers for several key projects, including:

Mailbox kiosk clean-up

General trash and litter pick-up throughout the neighborhood

Curb address painting

Discounted Power Washing Services
In addition to volunteer activities, Falcon Ranch homeowners can also take advantage of deeply discounted power washing services available exclusively on Kindness Day. Services include:
