Families looking for a fun, competitive swim team experience can now register for the 2025 Fulbrook Force Swim Team. Open to swimmers of all abilities, this community-focused team provides a welcoming environment where athletes can develop their skills, build friendships, and foster team spirit.
Registration is now open for all age groups, with key dates and eligibility requirements outlined below.
Key Registration Dates for the 2025 Season
To accommodate new and returning families, the Fulbrook Force Swim Team has a tiered registration schedule:
- Returning Families – Registration opened on February 17.
- New Fulbrook & Fulbrook on Fulshear Creek Families – Registration opened on February 24.
- Families in Nearby Areas – Registration began on March 10.
- Late Registration – Begins on March 24 (limited spots available).
Families are encouraged to register as soon as possible to secure their swimmer’s spot and ensure access to multiple-child discounts. Parents should register all swimmers at the same time for the discount to apply automatically.

Volunteer Requirements & Opportunities
As a community-driven swim team, Fulbrook Force requires each family to volunteer for at least two meets, not including the Mock Meet, which is mandatory for both parents and swimmers. Families must select their top three volunteer position choices upon registration, with assignments made on a first-come basis.
Descriptions of all available volunteer roles can be found on the Fulbrook Force website in the Parent/Team Handbook.
Additionally, the Concession Stand Board Position is currently open, and the team is looking for a dedicated parent to step in. No prior experience is required, and board members receive a registration fee refund at the end of the season.
Sponsorship Benefits – Earn Free Registration
Families who bring in a Gold Sponsor or higher ($500+) will receive one free swimmer registration per Gold Sponsor. To qualify:
- Families must initially pay for all registrations upfront.
- The swim team will issue a reimbursement at a later date.
- Refunds will be processed minus the $30 WHALe league fee.
Team Suit Requirements & Fitting Day Details
All Fulbrook Force swimmers must wear an official team suit for dual meets. To ensure the right fit, a team fitting day will be held on April 12 at D&J Sports (617 S. Mason). Families attending the event will receive a 15% discount on additional swim gear (discount does not apply to the team suit).
- Girls' Team Suit – $42 + tax
- Boys' Team Suit – $34 + tax
Swimwear is available in-store for same-day purchases, and fittings can also be scheduled during normal business hours:
- Monday-Friday: 10 AM - 5 PM
- Saturday: 10 AM - 2 PM
