Raintree Village HOA Announces 2025 Annual Meeting: Homeowners Encouraged to Participate
The Raintree Village Homeowners Association, Inc. has officially announced the 2025 Annual Meeting of Members, scheduled for Tuesday, April 22, 2025, at the Raintree Village Community Clubhouse, located at 3838 Webster Woods, Katy, TX 77449. Sign-in will begin at 6:45 PM, and the meeting will promptly start at 7:00 PM.
This annual gathering is an essential event for Raintree Village homeowners in Katy, offering a chance to stay informed about neighborhood developments, voice community priorities, and elect leadership. The meeting’s agenda includes a review of the HOA’s financial report, a summary of goals and accomplishments from the past year, and the election of one board director to serve a three-year term.
In accordance with HOA bylaws, a quorum of 10% of Raintree Village homeowners must be present—either in person or by proxy—for the meeting to be officially recognized. All owners of record are entitled to one vote per lot, and those who cannot attend in person are encouraged to submit a proxy or absentee ballot to KPM Management via email or fax by 12:00 PM (noon) on April 22.
