Preserve at Medina River Residents Invited to 2026 HOA Annual Meeting Online

Preserve at Medina River homeowners will have an opportunity to learn more about their neighborhood association’s finances, management activities and community business during the 2026 Annual Meeting of Members.

The virtual meeting is scheduled for Thursday, Aug. 20, 2026, at 10 a.m. and will be held through Microsoft Teams. Because the meeting is online, residents can participate from home while staying informed about decisions and reports that may affect the neighborhood.

For homeowners, the annual meeting offers more than a routine update. It is an opportunity to better understand how the association is operating, hear directly from community leadership and ask questions about issues that matter to Preserve at Medina River residents.

What Will Be Discussed at the Preserve at Medina River HOA Meeting?

According to the meeting agenda, the Preserve at Medina Homeowner Association, Inc. will begin by establishing a quorum and considering approval of the 2025 annual meeting minutes and the 2026 agenda.

The meeting will also include introductions, a financial report and a management report. These presentations can help homeowners better understand the association’s current position, recent activities and priorities moving forward.

The scheduled agenda includes a call to order, establishment of a quorum, approval of the 2025 meeting minutes, approval of the agenda, introductions, presentation of the financial and management reports, and adjournment. 

How to Join the Virtual Annual Meeting

The Preserve at Medina River Annual Meeting of Members will be held through Microsoft Teams.

Homeowners should review the official annual meeting notice for the Microsoft Teams access link and virtual meeting instructions. Residents may want to log in a few minutes early to allow time for any software updates or connection issues.

Residents Can Submit Questions Before the Meeting

Homeowners are encouraged to submit questions in advance so association representatives can prepare responses and keep the meeting productive.

Questions should be emailed to j.may@sbbmanagement.com by Aug. 14, 2026. Questions received by the deadline are expected to be addressed during the annual meeting.

Residents who did not receive the homeowner questionnaire by email may send their current email address to support@sbbmanagement.com to receive future communications from SBB Management.

Keeping contact information updated can help Preserve at Medina River homeowners receive timely meeting notices, association announcements and other neighborhood information.

What Happens If a Homeowner Cannot Attend?

Residents who are unable to join the Aug. 20 virtual meeting will still be able to review what took place. Meeting minutes are expected to be posted on the SBB Management Portal following the meeting.
