2024 Party Information

Pool Season: The pool opens on May 4, 2024, and closes on September 24, 2024. Parties are only permitted during this time.
- Types of Parties: Two types of parties are permitted: Open Hour and After Hour. Click on the blue highlighted type for pricing and forms.
Association Policies
- Open Hour Party: These parties are two hours in length with a maximum of 20 people. They include two reserved tables with chairs and must be scheduled and paid for by a Cypress Point resident. Click here for more.
- After Hour Party: These parties are a minimum of two hours in length with a maximum of sixty people. A refundable deposit check of $200.00 must be made out to Cypress Point and mailed to the GHPMI office. Alcohol is not permitted, and parties must end by 10:00 pm. Click here for more.
