Fees and Contracts: There's a $65.00 charge for using the facilities after hours or on closed days. To secure your reservation, make a check payable to Windsor Park Estates HOA and mail it, along with the signed Recreation Center Contract, to Sterling ASI at One Avalon Place, Sugar Land, TX 77479. Scheduling: Call Sterling to schedule your pool party. For parties of 16 or more people, homeowners must sign a recreational facility use contract before the event.

Lifeguard Services: Safety is paramount, especially during pool parties. After scheduling with Sterling, homeowners must arrange lifeguard services with Greater Houston Pool Management at 713-771-7665. Plan ahead and book your lifeguards at least two weeks in advance, ensuring availability for your chosen date. Remember, one lifeguard is required for every 10 guests, and homeowners are responsible for paying lifeguard fees.

Party Size and Hours: Parties of 5 or fewer people may be held during regular pool hours without a facility charge. Parties of 6 to 15 people may also be held during regular hours, but an extra lifeguard must be hired. Parties of 16 or more people must be scheduled during non-pool hours or on Mondays when the pool is normally closed.

Private Subdivision Parties: Windsor Park Estates residents have the option to close the pool on one Sunday afternoon each pool season for a private subdivision party. Plans for this must be made through Sterling, and extra lifeguards must be hired.
