Phase 3 of Landscape Enhancements Begins in Cinco Ranch
October 24 2024
The Cinco Ranch Property Owners Association (CRPA) Board of Directors has announced the commencement of Phase 3 of the 2024 landscape enhancements, which began this week. This initiative is part of the ongoing efforts to beautify the community and enhance its natural appeal.
What’s Happening?
During this phase, work crews will start by removing Bradford pear trees from several entry points throughout Cinco Ranch. In their place, Natchez Crepe Myrtles will be planted, along with ground cover varieties such as Dianella, Asian Jasmine, and Big Blue Liriope. These new additions are expected to create a more vibrant and welcoming atmosphere for residents and visitors alike.
Patience is Appreciated
Residents are asked to be patient as the work crews carry out these improvements. While landscaping projects can cause temporary disruptions, the CRPA assures everyone that the end result will be worth the wait. It’s important to note that this is an ongoing project, and specific dates for when work will take place at each location may not be available.
The CRPA Board appreciates the community's understanding and support as they work to enhance the beauty of Cinco Ranch. Residents can look forward to seeing their neighborhood flourish with these exciting changes!
