Oak Park Trails HOA Survey Now Open: Share Your Feedback Ahead of February’s Annual Meeting
The Oak Park Trails Homeowners Association is asking for residents’ input ahead of its Annual Meeting in February by launching a short online survey designed to gather community feedback on neighborhood priorities, amenities, communication, and engagement.
The Board of Directors—made up of resident volunteers—emphasizes that participation in the survey will help guide decisions about how annual association dues are allocated and what initiatives or improvements the community values most.
Before finalizing the 2026 annual budget, the Board is encouraging residents to share which areas of the community matter most to their families. The goal is to ensure that every homeowner feels their voice is heard and that neighborhood priorities are reflected in how association funds are spent.
Didn’t Receive the Survey? Here’s How to Participate
If you didn’t receive the survey by email or haven’t yet had a chance to respond, residents can still take the survey at the following link:
The survey covers topics such as:
- Property ownership (own or rent)
- Awareness of HOA requirements like exterior modification requests
- Opinions on deed restriction enforcement
- Satisfaction with the maintenance of common areas and amenities (pool, splash pad, tennis/pickleball courts, etc.)
- Usage of neighborhood amenities
- How you stay connected in Oak Park Trails (e.g., social media, Crest Management emails, My Neighborhood News)
- Community event interest and volunteer availability
- Ideas to increase participation in monthly board meetings and annual HOA gatherings
Residents are also asked to rate how well they feel informed about neighborhood events and whether the HOA is doing enough to maintain the quality and appearance of shared spaces.

- Date: Thursday, February 26, 2026
- Time: 6:30 PM
- Location: Jeanette Hayes Elementary School (Gymnasium)
