Cy-Fair Home & Outdoor Living Show Returns to the Berry Center March 21–22 with Free Admission, Expert Advice, and Family Activities

West Houston / Cypress  /  West Houston / Cypress
March 06 2026

For many homeowners across Cypress, Cy-Fair, and northwest Houston, spring marks the start of long-awaited home improvement projects—from kitchen remodels and landscaping upgrades to backyard patios and outdoor living spaces. Later this month, a popular local event will bring dozens of home improvement experts, contractors, and family-friendly attractions together under one roof to help residents turn those ideas into reality.

The 19th Annual Cy-Fair Home & Outdoor Living Show will take place Saturday, March 21 and Sunday, March 22 at the Berry Center, located at 8877 Barker Cypress Rd, Cypress, TX 77433, offering homeowners the opportunity to explore the latest home products, services, and renovation trends while connecting directly with professionals who serve the local community. Admission and parking for the event are both free.

Hosted by Texwood Shows, the annual event has become a trusted destination for residents planning upgrades to their homes, yards, and outdoor spaces—especially as warmer weather approaches in the Cypress and northwest Houston area.

A One-Stop Resource for Cypress and Cy-Fair Home Improvement Projects

Rather than searching online for contractors or comparing services across multiple businesses, visitors to the Cy-Fair Home & Outdoor Living Show will be able to meet face-to-face with professionals across a wide range of home improvement specialties.

Exhibitors will include experts in areas such as:

  • Kitchen and bathroom remodeling
  • Flooring, windows, and doors
  • Roofing and home painting
  • Pools, patios, and outdoor living design
  • Air conditioning and heating systems
  • Water treatment and generators
  • Blinds, shutters, and storage solutions
  • Garage organization and concrete resurfacing

Meeting contractors in person can help homeowners build trust before starting major projects, while also allowing them to compare options and gather ideas in a single visit.

Several new exhibitors will also introduce innovative products and solutions. Access Garage Door will demonstrate a privacy screen designed for one- or two-car garages that allows homeowners to enjoy their garage space while keeping out insects during the summer months. Arc Glass will showcase glass replacement options for windows, frameless shower doors, and mirrors.

Homeowners interested in high-impact upgrades will also have the opportunity to speak with contractors specializing in kitchen and bathroom renovations—two areas widely recognized for increasing property value and improving everyday functionality.

Charity Garage Sale Supports Houston Nonprofits

One of the most anticipated features of the show each year is the 17th Annual Charity Garage Sale, hosted by the Greater Houston Builders Association (GHBA) Remodelers Council.

The sale will feature brand-new and gently used home products, including appliances, cabinets, lighting fixtures, hardware, ceiling fans, sinks, tiles, and select furniture—often available at significantly discounted prices thanks to donations from contractors and supplier partners.

Proceeds from the sale will support the Remodelers Council’s charitable work with local nonprofit organizations, including Habitat for Humanity of Houston, helping fund projects that expand housing access and improve homes for families across the region.

For many visitors, the garage sale offers both an opportunity to find unique home items and a chance to support community-focused housing initiatives.

Outdoor Living Ideas and Backyard Inspiration

With outdoor living spaces becoming increasingly popular across Cypress and the Cy-Fair area, several exhibitors will showcase ways homeowners can transform their yards into relaxing or entertaining spaces.

Visitors will be able to explore:

  • Deck and outdoor entertainment area designs from Magnolia Patio & Pools
  • Patio furniture deals from Sun Ray Patio
  • Hardscape and landscaping ideas from Turf Plus Outdoor Living

Attendees will also be able to step onto a pickleball court set up outside the Berry Center entrance, demonstrating customized courts for pickleball, basketball, tennis, and golf by exhibitor My Backyard Sports.

Pickleball continues to grow rapidly across Texas neighborhoods and community parks, making it one of the most talked-about recreational trends among homeowners looking to enhance backyard recreation.

Family-Friendly Feature: Children’s Entrepreneur Market

Families visiting the show on Saturday, March 21 will also have the opportunity to support young business owners during the Children’s Entrepreneur Market, open from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

The market will feature more than 40 booths operated by children, showcasing handmade items and creative products developed entirely by the young entrepreneurs themselves.

The initiative is designed to give children hands-on experience learning business fundamentals such as product creation, pricing, and customer interaction—while giving families a chance to shop unique items made by local youth.
