Oak Park Trails HOA Board Meeting Set for March 11, 2026
Residents of Oak Park Trails will have the opportunity to stay informed about neighborhood decisions and upcoming projects during the next Highland Knolls Community Association Board of Directors meeting on Wednesday, March 11, 2026.
Monthly HOA meetings provide homeowners a chance to hear updates on finances, community operations, and neighborhood improvements while also offering an opportunity to speak directly with board members about issues affecting the community.
Meeting Time and Location
The meeting will begin with an executive session at 5:30 p.m., followed by the open session for homeowners at 6:30 p.m.

- Minutes from the February 10, 2026 board meeting
- The latest financial report
- A summary of recent board decisions, including the approval of a landscape contract request for proposals and a PDK system rewire, while declining a McKenna pickleball net replacement
Additional items include discussion of pool shade cover proposals, fee waiver requests, park time clock relocation proposals, and the election of officers.
The board will also consider collection actions and enforcement matters related to delinquent assessments or violations of governing documents.
Homeowner Open Forum
Residents will have the opportunity to speak during the Homeowner Open Forum, where each participant may address the board for up to three minutes.
