Now Hiring in Copperbrook: Part-Time Pool Monitors for 2025 Season

June 06 2025

As pool season kicks into high gear, the Copperbrook Homeowners Association (HOA) is calling on local residents to step up and serve the Copperbrook neighborhood pool, located at 14814 Englebrook Dr, Houston, TX 77095, by applying for a part-time Pool Monitor position. This seasonal role, available now through October 2025, offers a chance to enjoy the outdoors while supporting the community's safety and comfort.

Although Pool Monitors are not lifeguards, they play an essential role in maintaining order, cleanliness, and a welcoming atmosphere at the Copperbrook pool. The job is perfect for teens, retirees, or anyone seeking a rewarding, flexible part-time opportunity.

What Pool Monitors Do

Pool Monitors are the friendly faces that greet residents, check passes, and help ensure everyone follows the posted pool rules. While they don’t perform lifeguarding duties, they are an important presence, helping to uphold safety standards and community guidelines.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Checking pool passes and controlling access to authorized residents and guests
  • Monitoring for safety and rule compliance
  • Tidying pool areas and managing trash or pool chair setups
  • Selling pre-packaged snacks and tracking daily attendance
  • Cleaning and restocking restrooms (extra pay provided for this task)
  • Reporting any issues to the HOA or pool service team

This hands-on role helps foster a clean, safe, and enjoyable pool environment for everyone.

How to Apply

Those interested in becoming a Pool Monitor for the 2025 season can either email the Copperbrook HOA Board or drop off a completed application at the pool mailbox.

Whether you’re looking for a way to give back, earn extra income, or stay active during the summer months, this is your chance to be a part of something that matters in Copperbrook. The community is ready to welcome reliable and friendly Pool Monitors to help make the 2025 pool season a success!
