Now Accepting Candidates: Hearthstone HOA Board Election Seeks Community Leaders
Hearthstone residents have a new opportunity to step up and help shape the future of their community: the Hearthstone Homeowners Association has officially opened the call for candidates to run for its Board of Directors.
This fall’s election is a chance for neighbors who care about the long-term success, safety, and vibrancy of Hearthstone to take an active role in how the community is governed. The election will take place during the Hearthstone HOA Annual Meeting of Members on November 19, 2025. Two members of Hearthstone will be elected to serve on the HOA Board for a three-year term.
Interested homeowners must complete and return the official “Notice of Intent to Be a Candidate” form by October 13, 2025 to be considered for the ballot.

What Does It Mean to Serve on the HOA Board?
Serving on the HOA Board of Directors isn’t just about policies and procedures—it’s about community service, communication, and stewardship. Board members represent the homeowners of Hearthstone and help make key decisions about neighborhood priorities such as:
- Architectural guidelines and home improvement approvals
- Common area maintenance and landscape enhancements
- Community events and neighborhood engagement
- Financial planning and budget oversight
- Contracting and vendor selection
They also act as liaisons between residents and the HOA management company, helping ensure that homeowner concerns are heard and addressed.

Why Consider Running?
Becoming an HOA Board member offers a meaningful way to give back while shaping the place you call home. Residents often choose to run because they care deeply about maintaining property values, improving neighborhood appearance, or strengthening communication and transparency.
Board service can also help residents build leadership skills, foster new relationships with neighbors, and better understand how homeowner associations function.
If you’ve ever had ideas for how to improve the neighborhood—or wanted a say in decisions that affect it—this is your chance to get involved.
Candidate Requirements
To be eligible for the Board, candidates must be current members of the Hearthstone HOA and must not have been convicted of a felony or a crime involving moral turpitude within the past 20 years. The nomination form also requests a short personal bio and a brief explanation of why the candidate wishes to serve.
Forms must be completed, signed, and submitted by the October 13 deadline. Candidates are responsible for the accuracy of the information provided on their information sheet.
For more information or to request the candidate form, residents should contact Cassandra Perez with Inframark, the community manager for Hearthstone.
Hearthstone continues to thrive thanks to engaged residents who give their time and voice to serve. Whether you’ve been here for decades or are newer to the neighborhood, your perspective and commitment can make a lasting impact.
