Nottingham Country Annual Election Ballots Due December 1
Homeowners in Nottingham Country are encouraged to participate in their neighborhood's future by submitting their annual HOA election ballots before the fast-approaching deadline. All completed ballots must be received no later than 5:00 p.m. on Monday, December 1, 2025.
This annual election plays a crucial role in determining the leadership of the Nottingham Country Community Improvement Association (NCCIA), which oversees maintenance, improvements, and overall quality of life for the neighborhood.
Residents received ballots by mail and should return them as soon as possible to ensure timely delivery. Ballots must be submitted to SBB Management either by mail, in person, or through the method detailed in the instructions provided with the ballot packet.

Community members are reminded that only ballots received by the 5:00 p.m. deadline on December 1 will be counted.
