Next Inwood Park HOA Meeting Set for July 14

July 10 2025

Residents of Inwood Park in Fairfield will have an important opportunity to shape the future of their neighborhood at the upcoming Homeowners Association (HOA) Board of Directors meeting, scheduled for Monday, July 14, 2025. The meeting will begin at 6:00 p.m. in the conference room near the tennis courts at 16055 Mason Road, Cypress, TX 77433.

For those living in Cypress’s Inwood Park community, this HOA meeting isn’t just another date on the calendar—it’s a direct channel to participate in decisions that impact property values, community aesthetics, and neighborhood harmony.

What’s on the agenda?

The open session will kick off with a homeowner forum, offering each attendee three minutes to voice questions, concerns, or ideas directly to the Board. This is a golden opportunity for residents to bring up anything—from architectural guidelines and street parking to ideas for new amenities or events.

The agenda also includes:

  • Approval of minutes from the June 9 meeting
  • Review of the June 2025 financial report
  • Management updates on new homeowner activity, architectural modification requests, and pending action items

More significantly, the Board will be addressing:

  • New deed restriction enforcement and collection actions
  • A resignation from the Architectural Control Committee
  • Updates from the Fairfield Village Master Association
  • A bylaw amendment related to board member qualifications
  • A homeowner hearing concerning a fence height dispute

Following the open session, the Board will enter executive session to review sensitive items such as legal status reports and enforcement actions, then return briefly to summarize those discussions before adjourning
