New Management Announced for Bradford Colony 1 & 2

As of April 1, 2024, Bradford Colony 1 & 2 has a new company handling our subdivision's properties management, Chaparral Community Management. The website we used to login to get information and documents is no longer valid.
By now, you should have received both email and letter on this information. The web portal is https://portal.chaparralmanagement.com. Please note that you will need to login using your email address and the temporary password was sent to your email on March 25, 2024.
If you have not registered an email with Chaparral, you can complete the form that was attached to the letter and send it to them so you will be setup. You can also contact them by calling 281-537-0957. You can call this number for other issues you have as well. Please login to your account and make sure the information is correct since errors often occur during transition.
Our Community manager is Cinthia Gordillo. We will continue to have monthly virtual meetings. Please look out for the link and date in your email.
