National Night Out Returns to The Colonies with Food, Fun, and a Community Pool Party
The Colonies community is gearing up for a night of friendship, safety, and fun as National Night Out returns on Saturday, October 4, from 4 to 8 p.m. at the Colonies Neighborhood Center, located at 15003 Yorktown Colony Dr, Houston, TX 77084.
This year’s celebration will feature a free community swim party at the neighborhood pool, along with food and drinks served in the park—giving families a chance to relax, enjoy time together, and meet the people who help keep their community safe.
What is National Night Out?
Launched in 1984 by the National Association of Town Watch, National Night Out is a nationwide event that takes place each October to strengthen the bond between residents, neighborhoods, and local law enforcement. The evening encourages families to turn on their porch lights, step outside, and connect with neighbors while fostering a greater sense of unity and awareness around public safety.
