The Memorial Parkway community is buzzing with excitement as we announce the winners of our July Yard of the Month! This month’s competition was particularly fierce, with many stunning yards showcasing the dedication and hard work of our residents. We’re thrilled to celebrate our top two winners, who have truly gone above and beyond in maintaining beautiful and well-kept landscapes.
🌟 1st Place Winner: 21300 Park Orchard

🌟 2nd Place Winner: 21400 Park Rock
A big shoutout to the team at 21400 Park Rock for earning the 2nd place honor. Their yard is equally impressive, reflecting a strong commitment to keeping the neighborhood looking its best.
Recognition and Prizes
Both of our winners will be proudly displaying the “Yard of the Month” sign throughout July, a symbol of their fantastic achievements. Additionally, they will each receive a gift card to Lowe’s, a small token of our appreciation for their hard work and dedication.
