Meet Your Neighbor: Help Us Share the Heart of Lost Creek One Story at a Time

Meet Your Neighbor: Help Us Share the Heart of Lost Creek One Story at a Time

June 12 2025

In every corner of Lost Creek, there’s a story waiting to be told—stories of resilience, creativity, generosity, and everyday life that shape the heartbeat of your neighborhood. Beginning this month, the Lost Creek e-newsletter will feature one resident per month in a dedicated “Meet Your Neighbor” spotlight. It’s our way of deepening community connections and honoring the people who make this neighborhood extraordinary.

Whether you’ve lived here for decades or just a few months, your voice and journey matter—and we want to share them.

Why Your Story Matters

Unlike a fleeting social media post or quick shoutout, this feature will offer a thoughtfully written profile that dives deeper into what makes each resident unique. These monthly highlights will capture not just accomplishments, but also the passions, challenges, and moments that connect us all.

“We believe every person in Lost Creek has something meaningful to share,” Tiffany Krenek, President and CEO of My Neighborhood News shared. “It’s about more than recognition—it’s about belonging.”

From veterans and volunteers to small business owners, students, artists, and unsung neighborhood heroes, every profile offers a chance for neighbors to better understand one another, fostering unity and trust.

A Keepsake to Share—and Be Proud Of

Every featured story will be beautifully written by our team and crafted for more than just a newsletter. It’s something you can proudly share on social media, email to friends and family, or even print and keep. It’s not just a story; it’s a celebration of your role in Lost Creek’s vibrant mosaic.

Want to be featured? Or know someone in your neighborhood who has an inspiring story? Don’t be shy—email us today at news@myneighborhoodnews.com. You can nominate yourself or a neighbor, and we’ll take care of the rest with care, compassion, and curiosity.

How These Stories Strengthen Our Community

By highlighting individual residents, we open the door to empathy and friendship. Neighbors who once waved in passing may now strike up conversations. Local talents may find new appreciation. Parents may discover shared experiences. These stories make a large neighborhood feel more like a close-knit village.

We’re not just writing stories—we’re weaving community.

Stay tuned for our first profile in the Lost Creek e-newsletter. And if there’s someone whose story deserves the spotlight, you know where to find us.

Submit your interest or nomination today to news@myneighborhoodnews.com because in Lost Creek, everyone has a story. Let’s tell yours.
