Making a Difference Together: Join Us for Cinco Ranch II HOA Board Meetings
Did you know that all Cinco Ranch II residents are warmly invited to join us for our monthly HOA Board meetings, held every 3rd Wednesday of the month? These meetings provide a fantastic opportunity for you to stay informed, voice your opinions, and actively contribute to the betterment of our community.
Held in person at The Lake House, our meetings kick off with an open session at 5:00 p.m., giving you the chance to participate and engage with fellow homeowners and board members. Plus, we've dedicated time for an open forum at the end of each meeting, allowing owners to share comments or information and have their voices heard. During this time, speakers will have three minutes for discussion, ensuring everyone has an equal opportunity to contribute.
While questions or concerns won't be addressed during the open forum, rest assured that the Board of Directors will address them during the meeting as outlined on the agenda. Your feedback is valuable to us, and we're committed to addressing your inquiries and suggestions in a timely manner.
