CMS is a dynamic Facebook page that brings local musicians together to share information about their upcoming gigs, collaborate and support one another. In addition to being a vital connector in the vibrant music scene in Cypress, Joyce is also the lead singer of HURRY SUNDOWN in Cypress.
From intimate venues to grand stages, musicians spanning all genres infuse the Houston area with live music, extending to suburbs such as Cypress. The thriving music scene showcases local talent at beloved venues regularly. Randy Hulsey, a versatile vocalist and multi-instrumentalist out of Cypress, performs around 130 shows per year, collaborates with lead guitarist Chris Hughes, hosts the Backstage Pass Radio podcast, and has played with notable artists across various genres.
Matthew Austin Hunt, influenced by his grandfather's love for music and a wide range of artists, combines Americana, Country, and Rock styles in his recently released album "TWO". He performs solo, duo, and with a full band across the Houston area and beyond.
