
Lakes on Eldridge Swim Team Opens Registration for 2025 Season
Residents of Lakes on Eldridge can now register for the 2025 Lakes on Eldridge Swim Team (LOEST) season, offering young swimmers the opportunity to develop their skills in a fun and competitive environment. The team is open to swimmers ages 4 through 18, with the season running from Monday, April 21 through Saturday, June 14, 2025.
Meet the Lakes on Eldridge Dolphins Swim Team
The Lakes on Eldridge Dolphins Swim Team is a non-profit organization dedicated to providing a fun, competitive, and developmental swim experience for young athletes. Founded in 2000 by Lakes on Eldridge resident Mary Beth Taylor, the Dolphins are celebrating their 25th Anniversary Season this year. The team is managed and operated entirely by parent volunteers, ensuring a community-driven approach to youth swimming.. The team is committed to fostering good sportsmanship, skill development, and teamwork, while ensuring that swimmers have an enjoyable and enriching experience.
The team hires experienced coaches who lead group practices with a focus on water safety, stroke development, and competitive swim training, creating an environment that fosters growth, enjoyment, and good sportsmanship for all participants., emphasizing water safety, stroke improvement, and competitive swim training to help swimmers build confidence and refine their techniques in a supportive and structured setting.

A Proud Member of the Northwest Aquatic League (NWAL)
The Dolphins compete in the Northwest Aquatic League (NWAL), one of the largest youth swimming organizations in the United States. NWAL sanctions competitive youth swimming throughout the Houston area, organizing teams into divisions based on competitive potential. Each season, the Dolphins participate in a series of dual meets against other teams in their division, culminating in a divisional meet to determine the division champion.
