The Fort Bend County Precinct 1 Constable's Office proudly extends its patrols to Grand Lakes, providing vital supplemental law enforcement through its contract deputy program. Under the contract deputy program, deputies patrol various neighborhoods within Precinct 1, including Grand Lakes. These patrols are made possible through contracts between the Constable’s Office and homeowner’s or property owner’s associations, municipal utility districts, or the Fort Bend Toll Road Authority.

The success of the program is attributed to the exceptional training of deputies and strong community relations.
