KidStrong Expands to Spring with New Benders Landing Location: Helping Kids Grow Stronger in Mind, Body, and Character
A new kind of children’s development program is headed to Spring, Texas—bringing with it more than just fun and games. KidStrong, a national kids fitness and leadership program, is opening its newest location at 4485 Riley Fuzzel Road, Suite B, Spring, TX 77386, in the heart of the Benders Landing area.
Construction is set to begin on March 9, 2026, with an anticipated opening by mid-July. The 3,230-square-foot space is undergoing a full interior build-out, including non-load-bearing partitions, finishes, and modern MEP systems, with a project cost of $200,000. Once complete, KidStrong Spring will join a growing list of locations across the Greater Houston Area, including in Cypress, Katy, and Sugar Land.
What Is KidStrong?
Founded in 2015 by Matt and Megin Sharp in Lexington, Kentucky, KidStrong started as a personal mission to help their daughter Ella grow up strong and confident. Teaming up with business partner Lincoln Brown and a team of child development experts, the couple built a now-booming program designed to teach kids (walking age through 11) how to be strong in three key areas: character, body, and mind.
At the core of KidStrong is a simple but powerful belief—kids thrive when challenged in a fun, supportive environment.Through 45-minute weekly classes led by trained coaches, children are encouraged to build balance, coordination, mental agility, problem-solving, and emotional resilience.
