Katy Sip N Stroll Returns Nov. 7 With ‘Let’s Glow!’ Theme, 300+ Drinks and a Bigger Purpose
For one November night, The ARK by Norris will trade its usual look for neon lights, glowing accessories, wine glasses and tasting plates as one of Katy’s longest-running food and beverage events returns with a distinctly brighter theme.
The 32nd edition of Katy Sip N Stroll, presented by Kroger, is set for Saturday, Nov. 7, 2026, from 6 to 9 p.m. at The ARK by Norris, located at 21402 Merchants Way in Katy. This fall’s theme, “Let’s Glow!”, invites guests to arrive in their brightest neon while spending the evening sampling food and drinks, listening to live music and supporting a local healthcare nonprofit.
Behind the glow paint and Champagne, however, is a need that reaches families across the Katy area. Proceeds from the event’s live auction, silent auction and party wagon raffle will benefit Christ Clinic, which provides healthcare services for uninsured and underinsured patients in the community.
More Than 300 Drinks and 35-Plus Katy-Area Restaurants
Katy Sip N Stroll has grown into a familiar fall tradition for local food and wine fans, and this year’s event is built around plenty to explore.
Organizers say guests will be able to sample more than 300 beverages, including more than 200 wines along with craft beer, premium spirits and newer beverage categories. More than 35 Katy-area restaurants are expected to serve signature bites throughout the evening, giving attendees a broad taste of the restaurants and culinary businesses that make up the local dining scene.
The all-inclusive format allows guests to move among food, beverage and entertainment areas rather than purchasing individual tastings throughout the night.
The Kroger Experience Alley will return with a 60-foot gourmet marketplace featuring specialty foods, seasonal products and other culinary finds.
Guests interested in bourbon, tequila and whiskey can head to the Spirits Patio, where brand ambassadors will pour small-batch bourbons, premium tequilas, whiskies and other spirits.
And for those who save room for dessert, the Desserts District will offer chocolates, pastries, cakes, confections and other sweets paired with dessert wines.
Champagne, Sparkle and a Prohibition-Era Speakeasy
Several themed experiences will add to this year’s “Let’s Glow!” atmosphere.
Carat & Cuvée, presented by Amber’s Jewelers, will center on Champagne and sparkling wines, giving guests a dedicated place to sample bubbly and enjoy an elevated lounge-style experience.
Elsewhere, The Backroom Speakeasy will return with a nod to the 1920s, featuring Prohibition-era cocktails and period-inspired décor.
The evening will lean fully into its neon theme at the Glow Bar, where guests can pick up glowing accessories and neon body paint. Those who take the theme particularly seriously can compete for the event’s Best Neon Costume Award.
Live music will come from returning crowd favorite Shang & Byron, the two-man band known for singalong performances designed to keep the evening moving.
A Night Out That Helps Keep Healthcare Within Reach
The fundraising component gives Katy Sip N Stroll a purpose beyond its food and entertainment.
Christ Clinic is a Katy-based faith-centered nonprofit serving people who are uninsured or underinsured. Its current programs include primary, preventive, specialty and on-demand medical care, along with medication assistance and other services. The clinic traces its beginnings to 2000, when it operated as a weekly wellness clinic inside the gym at Memorial Lutheran Church in Katy.
Today, Christ Clinic's Total Care program serves qualifying uninsured or underinsured patients at or below 200% of the federal poverty guideline, with primary care, internal medicine, specialty services, pharmacy and medication assistance among the care available. The clinic also operates Express Care, which provides appointments for a flat $50 fee without an income requirement.
Christ Clinic reports approximately 19,281 total patient encounters and 8,232 prescriptions filled among the figures currently highlighted through its mission information, illustrating the scale of the healthcare needs being addressed close to home.
“Even in a community surrounded by world-class healthcare, many families still fall through the cracks,” said Lara Mautz, Executive Director of Christ Clinic. “Support from Katy Sip N Stroll allows us to provide physician visits, diagnostic testing, medications, and ongoing care for neighbors who otherwise might go without treatment. This event not only raises critical funding—it shines a light on the healthcare needs within our own community.”
For residents attending the event, that means money raised during an evening out in Katy can ultimately find its way back to people seeking medical care in the same community.
Katy Sip N Stroll Tickets and VIP Admission
General admission tickets begin at $65, before online convenience fees and taxes, and include access from 6 to 9 p.m. to the event’s beverage tastings, restaurant offerings, artisan vendors, entertainment and other experiences. Current ticketing information confirms the $65 base general admission price.
The Designer Plastic Surgery VIP Lounge ticket is $110 before fees and taxes and provides early admission at 5 p.m., an hour before general admission. VIP guests also receive access to the exclusive lounge, specialty food and wine selections and other upgraded amenities. Organizers say the experience includes lounge seating, live entertainment, passed hors d'oeuvres, a commemorative tasting glass and VIP swag bag.
Sponsorship opportunities and restaurant participation are also available.
Tickets and additional details are available through SipandStroll.com.
After 32 editions, Katy Sip N Stroll continues to combine two things that have helped it endure: a night built around Katy’s food-and-drink community and fundraising that stays connected to a local need. This November, the neon may be what catches the eye first, but the support generated for neighbors who need healthcare is what gives the night its lasting purpose.
